If the ressource tab is activated at the same time as the scripts tab, the parameters are stripped from the urls, leading to index.php instead of  index?page=foobar. If you got a lot of these it's hard to distinguish the files.
(Visit wikipedia, you should get at least 4 index.php's, where the actual script name was passed as a parameter)
