with the addition of iexploder-1.7.2, a few things need cleaning up

-the iexploder/htdocs folder needs removing (it's now iexploder/iexploder-1.3.2/htdocs
-the iexploder/tools folder needs removing (it's now iexloder/iexploder-1.3.2/tools
-the iexploder/iexploder-1.7.2/output folder should be removed?  (listed in another bug, empty directory)
