I don’t agree that changing this by default is a good idea.  The build bots and EWS greatly benefit from showing all errors that occur rather than only the first error.  If there are specific situations (e.g., the commit queue) that are only interested in pass / fail result then it would be reasonable to disable “continue after errors” for those cases only.
