Checked on WebKit-SVN-r73302, and it is really better,

glowing box model is gone, what is good, but at the same time, it is not computed/rendered well (IMHO), compared to Opera/Firefox,
since there is shift of glow towards bottom right, when it should be centered -> the same on all the sides...
