It was correct in latest stable version 7.x of Chrome, is broken in new stable version 8.x.
I'm not able to try it in nightly-build of Webkit, downloading is toooo slow, but I'm trying and will come back later, if I'll succeed.
However, it is the same for WinXP and Win7 and on enclosed screenshot you can see, what's wrong...
