Do you have any more details on why you think that Cache.cpp leaks memory when disabled?  What kind of disablement ... the cache size being set to 0 or the cache being disabled completely?

I'm interested in looking into this issue, but I don't see the same behaviour on my system (WinCE/ARM), but that is likely because I'm not looking at the right spot =;-)
