Here are some additional information. 

Expected behavior: 

The pattern fill image should scroll normally. 

Actual behavior: 

The pattern fill image is rendered incorrectly after scrolling. 

Additional information: 

Step 5 in "Steps to reproduce" is not necessary to trigger the rendering bug. 
Step 6 in "Steps to reproduce" is to verify the image itself is large than the browser window and is not part of the bug itself. 

Here is the updated steps to reproduce the bug. 

1. Open the attached testcase
2. Open svg-scroll-pattern-corruption/index.xhtml
3. There should be an image on the page
4. Now resize the window to be shorter than the image so vertical scroll bar would appear
5. Scroll down and up repeatedly to see the rendered pattern fill corrupts
