After building QtWebKit for Symbian 10.1 with this patch, I am getting this error during boot

*PlatSec* ERROR - Capability check failed - Can't load HbUtils.dll because it links to QtWebKit.dll which has the following capabilities missing: DRM AllFiles

and the emulator does not boot at all anymore. This patch will not help 3rd parties if it causes the phone to not boot.
