Ok I tested multiple configurations for http://sabah.com.tr problem;

JIT = 1,
YARR = 1,
YARR_JIT = 1 fails.

JIT= 1,
YARR = 1,
YARR_JIT= 0, fails.

JIT = 0,
YARR = 0,
YARR_JIT = 0, works

JIT = 0,
YARR  = 1,
YARR_JIT = 0, works
