I cannot reproduce this. Here is what I did:
1. Opened http://www.plan-itinteriors.co.uk/
2. Hovered "Products" in site menu bar - a huge submenu appeared.
3. Clicked the first option, "Consul Manager Executive Range".

It seemed that everything loaded correctly.
