To reproduce:

1. Go to this URL
https://extranet.eurocontrol.int/http://yilduz.mis.eurocontrol.be:8889/accueil_ENG_LIVE.htm

Text elements are rendered on top of each other, making the page practically
unreadable.

It works in Firefox 3.5.3
