Sample from new-run-webkit-tests when hung in logging code.

I looked at this sample with python developer Jeffrey Yasskin.  We were not
able to find the cause by inspection.

I updated the stack dumping code (locally) to also print out "logging._lock"
which would tell us what thread was holding the lock.
