Summary: Assigning to window.name in an iframe breaks
history.back()
Product: WebKit
Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: Minor
Priority: P2
Component: History
AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
ReportedBy: johnhax at gmail.com
See attachment.
Press button "go", you will see "Please go back!", and press button "back", you
should return to the previous page which shows "Hello world!"
But Safari (my version is 4.0.5 on win xp) failed to return to prev page.
And it's interesting that Chrome works in most case, but if you change the
initial url of iframe to about:blank or local file, it will also be broken. FF
always works.
