Steps
------
1. Navigate to www.google.com
2. Open inspector and go to scripts tab
3. Pause the script execution 
4. Hover over an object until it shows the details
5. Move to Timeline tab or any other tab

Issue: Details of that object are not closed once the user shifts focus to
other tab

Problem is, when it shows up on the top left corner, user can't open up the
tabs that 
are covered on inspector. User have to close and reopen it.
