Please note that it is possible to set a frame size to zero by setting the
frameset's "cols" or "rows" attribute. This is desirable in order to
temporarily hide a frame.
This works in both Firefox and Opera.
See also the bug #36584 which is related to the "cols" or "rows" attribute.
It would desirable to fix both bugs and have all "modern" browsers work the
same way.
