We need to get better about requiring unit testing for every python change.  We
were good about it at the beginning of webkitpy, but have slacked with the
addition of all this untested chromium py code. :(

I've been bad about it too.  See my 12 commits to try and get the unicode()
stuff working yesterday (which is still broken).
