Hmm, commit queue is confused by the patch. Is it because of "No new tests
(OOPS!)" ??
Jeff, can you update the ChangeLog, to say something like "No new tests, not
testable using DRT".
Now that I think about it, could you extend the patch, and add your testcase to
"WebCore/manual-tests/svg-tooltips.svg"? That would be nice.
