Test HTML Page

Radio buttons and check boxes are not displayed.

Step to reproduce:

Launch the attached Test.html page with either Qt launcher or Anamoly browser.

Expected outcome:

Page should be displayed properly and all the form elements (checkboxes,
buttons, text fields, etc.) should be displayed.

Actual outcome:

Page is loaded and displayed, but radio buttons are not displayed.

Other Info:
This error cannot be reproduced on Safari(4.0.5 (531.22.7)). The page loads
properly and radio buttons are displayed.
