probably a separate bug, but maybe you can fix now...

can you please check that the tooltip raised is not directly under the cursor,
for a variety of cursors and font sizes?

maybe even place the tooltip above the cursor?
maybe not...

ie Opera the cursor frequently covers part or most of the tooltip, very much
reducing its efficacy.
reported years ago, but iirc not fixed
