Ken, this is still work in progress, but I have some questions:
1. Two WebGL tests fail on seemingly unrelated reasons (see 2 attachments). Any
clues why would that happen?
2. The ExceptionCode argument seems not to be used really in texImage2D and
texSubImage2D. Am I right? If so, this patch could be made much smaller.
3. Any other overloads I'm missing?
