Supports OProfile JIT agent

The patch is rewritten according to Geoffrey's comment, except one thing. It
looks like that we cannot eliminate all JIT_PROFILE_AGENT macro, because there
will be a small performance regression on ARM (~1-2%) if the agent is disabled.
