test case

In the attached test case, if you press the down arrow while on the beginning
of the first line, it jumps to the beginning of the dashed section.  From
there, pressing down does nothing.

The expected behavior is that the down arrow goes to the next line.  In the
test case, the line has to wrap to repro (i.e., make sure your browser window
isn't too wide).
