* SUMMARY
When loading an XHTML document with an <?xml?> tag that specifies
encoding="default", WebKit returns an unsupported encoding error.  The same
page loads fine in Firefox 3.5.8.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open test case in Safari.

* RESULTS
Error page is displayed:

* REGRESSION
Unknown.  Tested with a local debug build of WebKit r57418.
