webkit is not rendering table-cell backgrounds properly. When CSS background
image is specified, table-cell should be completely filled with background.
However, cWRT is leaving 1px border around cell with no background. This does
not match behavior in Firefox, Safari.


Ovi Store client signed-widget is available at
\\vcfiler02.americas.nokia.com\pub\Public_for_Guests\From_Hayward as
OviClient-bad-tables.wgt.

To reproduce problem, launch client widget. From Home view, press the "See All
Recommended" bar near the middle of the page. Browse view should render with
three-tab bar near the top, labelled with "Top Bestsellers", "Top Free", and
"New".

Note the white border around the dark background in the tabs. That should not
be there. It should be solid background all the way to the border.

This is a customer blocker as this error prevents client from realizing UX
design.

Note: this bug is already reported to Qt
