Especially on a 768px high screen, a docked web inspector takes up quite a bit
of vertical space -- maybe about as much as the window toolbar on Chrome.

Filing a bug because I was told to, but now that I'm here I'm not sure if it
can be helped.  Looking at it now I don't know what I'd shorten.
