Simple test case

1. Set a breakpoint at the var foo = "bar" line in the attached test case
2. Refresh

Result: Breakpoint is no longer listed and is never hit. Throbber is still
throbbing.
Expected result: breakpoint remains and is hit.

Seen in Chrome 5.0.360.0 (Official Build 42309) dev on Windows Vista.
