I've also ran into problems due to this event not firing in frames, and seeing
as I've never seen the event hijacked in other browsers, I don't think it's
much of a security concern (although I also agree that the domain constraint is
reasonable).  I doubt this will see resolution any time soon, considering how
long this has been open, but I wanted to add myself to the list in case it is.
