* SUMMARY
It would be nice if we had tests and testing infrastructure for RFC-2109-style
cookies.

LayoutTests/http/tests/cookies/double-quoted-value-with-semi-colon.html used to
set this type of cookie, but it was causing problems after bugs were fixed in
other components (see Bug 36997).
