REGRESSION(55975-56095): fast/forms/text-control-intrinsic-widths.html and
fast/css/font-face-opentype.html failing on Windows Bots

I ran the "failure-results" command to determine why the Windows bots are
failing so many tests.  Unfortunately the bots were either down, or failing >
20 tests for a long stretch (120 revisions) while these tests broke.
