The Event Listeners UI needs Improvements.

Areas in need of Improvement:
- Better name for Gear Menu Filter currently named "All Nodes"
- Add a UI Separator between the Capturing and Bubbling Phases
- Better display of Listener details then a Property Tree

Feature Ideas: (would need a UI)
- Add new Filters "Capturing Listeners" and "Bubbling Listeners"
- Modify Listener State
- Delete a Listener
- Reorder Listeners (Drag+Drop?)
- Apply a Listener to a Node (Drag+Drop?)
- Jump to the Node in the Elements Tree if not the current selected node.
