Its TEMPLATE.html has wrong relative path. We also need to move this from
resources to script-tests.
For parsing-background-repeat.html, we can just re-generate the file.
margin-shorthand.html should be different from TEMPLATE. We can just leave it
as we'll change the directory of TEMPLATE.
