It is fine for me. Thanks again Loki!

The new define name (DISABLE_BUILTIN_CLEAR_CACHE) is more intuitive than the
older (NO_CLEAR_CACHE) for what it really does and unfortunately my suggestion
in comment #23 would not work as CLEAR_INSN_CACHE is a GCC internal define.
