Short description: QSplitter use with QWebView

Did:
When use QSplitter with a two QTextEdit, and resize the splitter to hide a
textEdit, the splitter resize go to minimume size and hide the element.
On QWebView, the QSplitter never hide the widget, and when the windows is
resized the widget is show again.
