WebKit seems to render a certain type of HTML/css construct wrong. 

To reproduce run the browser demo.
On the default page www.qtsoftware.com
Resize the window so the horizontal scrollbar shows up.
Scroll a little to the right. 
Notice drawing errors on the bar containing Products, Qt in Use, Support and
Services etc.
