connecting to an SSL URL the browser displays the "HTTP request failed"
message. 

The URL to reproduce this error:
https://secure.nicovideo.jp/secure/login?site=niconico

The error also manifests on Windows XP 32 bit and Qt v4.5.1-rc1 default
configuration

IE opens the page normally.
