I don't see notifyFormStateChanged() getting called from
HTMLTextAreaElement::updateValue() when we call
Editor::pasteAsPlainTextWithPasteboard(). Or when we press backspace for that
matter. Hopefully someone more familiar with Webkit can connect the dots.
