Discussed with Yael on IRC about the dependency on Qt and agreed that since Qt
will be a system library on S60 in the future, the dependency is analogous to
the Carbon/Cocoa and CoreGraphics/QuickDraw dependencies of the XP_MACOSX
implementation. 

But, we should make this clear and explicit through similar mechanism as the
XP_MACOSX implementation, for example being able to query for the toolkit
suport etc.
