Updated patch

I've attached an updated patch which builds upon the recent EventSender
implementation to enable a bunch of tests. One failing test
(fast/events/js-keyboard-event-creation.html) would pass if it were not for the
same bug which is causing fast/html/text-field-input-types.html to fail.
