I have tried this three times with the same results

1) access this site  
http://energycommerce.house.gov/Press_111/20090714/aahca.pdf

2) double click on address or attempt to drag highlight the address.   
3) The beach ball will appear... fans will begin to roar, CPU usage will jump
to 50+%
4) Webkit will become unresponsive
5) wait.... no change 
6) force quit
