Testcase

BUILD: Safari 4, Webkit 48276 nightly build, everything I've tried in between.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Load the attached testcase.

EXPECTED RESULTS: The two pieces of markup after the first <hr> and second <hr>
look identical.

ACTUAL RESULTS: Horizontal borders missing around the text in the first piece
of markup.
