Epiphany webkit vs gecko

Hi,

It seems Webkit Gtk doesn't use the background colour from the theme in some
cases, such as for about:blank. I'm attaching a screenshot comparing the Webkit
backed Epiphany with the Gecko variant (Webkit on top).

Liferea shows a similar bug, so I'm guessing this bug belongs to Webkit.

It's a very minor problem, but quite visible if a dark theme is used.
