I really like that idea.  We -- not you :) -- should totally implement that and
doing something similar in chromium land as well.

I also like the idea of doing some flakiness monitoring tool. I have to admit
I've had a hard time interpreting the output of that but I'm starting to grok
it.


So far I found an instance of a similar hang as far back as this:

and there isn't too much history in the buildbot before that.
