http://stevesouders.com/ua/index.php says Firefox does 6 per host and "more
than 60" total, and Safari is 4/60+. (His test doesn't try to measure total
connections beyond 60, so it doesn't end up figuring out what the actual total
limit is. It's possible there's none.)
