Patch fixing the error message

This is a completely trivial patch which fixes the error message given by
WebKitTools/wx/build-wxwebkit script if it doesn't find the bakefile presets:
the error was a nonsensical message "Run 2.9.1 to ensure your wxWidgets is of
version 2.8+.".
