in current svn webkitgtk, <hr> is not displayed. (or perhaps, "unstyled <hr>s
are not displayed"?)

actually, sometimes if you move something over the window and force it to
redraw, the <hr> gets drawn in the parts where it had to redraw, though then it
gets un-drawn again later

not sure if this is gtk-specific or not
