[IMAGE] Output Is Missing Nodes

The Elements Tree Hierarchy is missing quite a bit of content.  In the attached
screenshot there should be a div below each of the comments, which can be
expanded to show even more. You can compare to just View Source on the main
page to see exactly what is missing.
