We should actually be parsing and setting up for view all the request payloads,
if not form-encoded, using whatever techniques we use to parse and set up for
view the responses.  

Big question is, where should it go?  Leave it in the current "Request Payload"
slot?  Or somewhere else.   Current "Request Payload" slot seems like the best
choice.
