When a QWebView is scrolled on Mac, the full view is repainted at every step.
This is quite expensive and make the scrolling slow and not responsive.

To reproduce the problem, open a QtWebkit browser on Mac. Open Quartz Debug,
and enable "Flash screen updates".

This problem is related to the Mac port of Qt. Safari does not have the
problem.
