Steps:
1. Go to:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sviewer/viewer.fcgi?db=nucleotide&qty=1&c_start=1&list_uids=CP000681&uids=&dopt=genbank&dispmax=5&sendto=t&from=1&to=999999999
2. Show Web Inspector
3. Enable Resource Tracking
4. Click on viewer.fcgi in the resources list (it may take a while to display)
5. Close window.
6. Hang
