Summary: Altering a form field while the Web Inspector is open
automatically scrolls to the bottom of the document
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.6
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Web Inspector
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: webkit at jimmycuadra.com

When the Web Inspector is open, altering a form field causes the browser to
automatically jump to the bottom of the document. If the form element you are
typing in/changing is near the top of the document, this makes it impossible to
view what you are typing as long as the Inspector is open, since each keystroke
scrolls the input offscreen.
